Plasflow, UK, is a specialist supplier of polyethylene pipe systems, distributing a comprehensive range of pipework, fittings
and fabrications. The company has launched its new website at
www.plasflow.com. The site, which has many new features,
has been designed to provide comprehensive yet easy to
find information on the company’s products and services.
Commenting on the new website, Diane Smith, sales

modern and professional online presence, it has also made

Plasflow’s multi-resource site includes literature and PDF
drawing downloads, detailed product information and a
comprehensive fabrication portfolio which shows a range
of product applications. The site also features case study
and news sections to inform customers of the latest
developments.
The company has butt-fusion capabilities of up to 1,200mm diameter, and employs a fully trained extrusion welding team
for all types of plastic fabrication. Plasflow’s comprehensive pipe stocks and professional manufacturing facilities allow
most orders to be supplied directly from stock on very short lead times. All fabrications and fittings are carried out in an
ISO 9001:2000 accredited environment.

place in Budapest, 22-24 September
2008.
The conference will build upon the suc-
cess of previous conferences, including
Plastics Pipes XIII, which attracted over
450 delegates to Washington DC, USA,
in October 2006. The event has become
fully international, with delegates from
over 35 countries, including over 50%
from outside Europe.
The conference will provide the
opportunity for companies to present
information and ideas on plastic pipe
products to end-users, designers,
engineers,
manufacturers
and
contractors.
This will be the third biennial conference
sponsored by the newly formed
Plastic Pipes Conference Association
(PPCA), which is supported by both
the European and the US plastic pipes
industries.
The PPCA is dedicated to providing
a platform for the distribution and
discussion of technical, scientific and
market information to support the world-
wide use of plastic pipeline systems.
The main programme will feature
more than 100 presentations covering
technical and marketing issues relating
to the design and development, testing,
installation and operation of plastic
piping systems.
Papers will offer solutions to technical
and engineering issues using plastic
piping systems, and also identify market
and business opportunities for further
growth in the use of plastic pipes.
A technical exhibition will accompany
the conference, which will feature
important aspects of the plastic pipes
business and show some of the new
developments in product design,
manufacture, maintenance, evaluation
and testing procedures.
