Sri Ganesh,
Your massive figure appears
As if slowly gliding outwards
To let the world glimpse
The bottomless depth
Of the wealth you command –
A sumptuous iridescence
Is your raiment,
Borne on a heaving jeweled light,
And your ornaments are
Glows and flames and
Throbbing embers
Of tremendous beauty,
And upon your brows
Rests the crown
Of sun-filled
Knowledge –
More than a King
You are
The Being of the Source =
Ever balanced
And complete,
A constant nourishing flow…

Calm and collected you are seated
On the consecrated floor
At their Feet,
Crowned and held
By Their Love and Light –
And from that space
Of the richest concentration
The whole of creation may be viewed,
While, into that ultimate
Motionless gathering,
Each part and element
And each force and being
