7.1 What if a failure case must

be reported?

Any claim under warranty must be accompanied

by a full report, established by the customer in

accordance with Valeo Service quality procedures.

Furthermore, Valeo Service will be entitled to call for

return of the defective product in order to carry out

a technical appraisal or visual inspection.

Precise data’s for precise reports

For a precise and efficient analysis Valeo customers

have to provide a detailed explanation of their case.
