PORTO RICO RICKEY.

Prepared in the same manner as

the Gin Rickey,adding two dashes of

raspberry syrup.

SLOE GIN RICKEY.

Squeeze half a lime into a rickey

glass containing a lump of ice.

I drink of- Sloe gin.

Fill glass with plain soda and serve

with spoon.

LEMONADE.

(Plain)

Use a large bar glass.

5 or 6 dashes of lemon juice.

I tablespoonful of sugar.

Fill up glass with fine ice, the

balance with water.

Shake well, dress with fruit and

serve with straws.

BASEBALL LEMONADE.

Use a large bar glass.

2 dashes of lemon juice;

I fresh egg.

I spoonful of sugar.

J glass of fine ice.

J of water.

4 of milk.

Shake well and serve with straws.

CLARET LEMONADE.

Use a large bar glass.

3 or 4 dashes of lemon juice.

I spoonful of sugar.
