ORGEAT LEMONADE.
Use a large bar glass.
4 or 5 dashes of lemon juice.
I spoonful of sugar.
i pony glass of Orgeat syrup.
Fill glass with fine ice, balance
with water.
Shake well, dress with fruit and
serve with straws.
SEA BREEZE LEMONADE.
Use a mixing glass.
I fresh egg.

5 or 6 dashes of lemon juice.
I tablespoonful of sugar.
5 glass of fine ice.
I spoonful of cream.
Fill balance with water.
Shake well and serve with straws,
or strain into a medium thin glass if
desired.
SELTZER LEMONADE.
Use a mixing glass.
S or 6 dashes of lemon juice.
I tablespoonful of sugar.
Fill glass half full of fine ice.
Shake quickly to dissolve sugar,
remove shaker, place a bar spoon
into the glass, fill up with syphon
seltzer, stir and serve with straws.
APOLLINARIS LEMONADE.
Prepared in the same manner as
the Seltzer Lemonade, using Apolli-
naris water in place of seltzer.
