This
is
an
old-fashioned
and
excellent
tonic.
It
is
pre-
pared
by
steeping
a
bunch
of
tansy
in
a
bottle
of
Holland
Gin,
which
will
extract
the
essence;
when
serving,
set
the
glass
with
the
lump
of
ice,
before
the
customer,
allowing
him
to
help
himself.
