Have fun working out with your newborn, infant, or toddler while
pushing them around in their stroller. This class will have you lunging,
squatting, and lifting weights while strolling yourself back into shape.

Booty Barre
Join the dance party that tones the body and helps with stretching.
This 55 minute class is a combination of ballet, Pilates and toning at
the ballet barre. These exercises will condition the total body including

longer, and jump higher. If you are looking for a class to strengthen
your cross-country run or speed up your track skills, give this a try. We

High School students as well as adults.
