Fitness Triple Play
This class is a combination of yoga, mat Pilates, and use of hammocks
for stretching. Emphasis will be on core work and lengthening the
muscles. Hammocks will encourage the body to stretch further and
create relaxation.

Tai Chi Chuan
An ancient form of gentle exercise for everyone, regardless of sex
or age. At your own pace, without sweat or strain, you can increase
coordination, strength and endurance, while you firm your body,
relieve stress, and achieve tranquility of mind and body. The instructor
will also cover self-massage and acupressure points to relieve pain.

Strength and Stretch for Seniors
Need a little help with getting items into and out of those hard
to reach places? Strengthening and stretching all those everyday
muscles is key to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Participants will
learn the techniques of safely lifting light weights and stretching
the muscle groups as well. No class November 28.
