The drivers for the 2014 season
are Fernando Alonso, for the fourth
year running, and 2007 World
Champion Kimi Räikkönen. Team
Principal Jean Todt was replaced
in 2007 by Stefano Domenicali
who resigned in April 2014. Marco
Mattiacci was appointed soon after.
Scuderia Ferrari have also
competed in Formula 2 and sports
car racing from the late 1940s until
the 1970s. They won the World
Sportscar Championships 13 times
and were a dominant force in the
sector, winning 24 Hours of Le
Mans for six consecutive years.
They departed from sports car
racing in 1973 to focus their efforts
solely on Formula 1. However,
Ferrari cars continued on in GT
racing by other entrants aside from
the Scuderia team.
