A SPECIAL Committee of the Council was ap

pointed to deal with points raised in connection

with the Bill by Government Departments to

which it has been circulated by the Department

of Justice.

Newspaper Publication of Wills.

THE Secretary was directed to write to the

Newspaper Managers' Association suggesting that

newspapers should refrain from publishing par

ticulars of the estates of deceased persons without

the previous consent of the personal representa

tives of the deceased.

Committees of the Council were appointed for

the year ending 26th November, 1944.
