Enforcement of Court Orders Acts—
Examination of Debtors.
ON a report from a Committee of the Council it
was ordered that the representatives of the
Society on the appropriate Rule Committees
should be requested to have the existing pro
cedure under the Enforcement of Court Orders
Acts 1926/40 considered by the Committees with
a view to ascertaining whether any improvements
can be made in the existing procedure.
