Installation of Cables
Drawing SI347001 and cable schedule SI347100 detail the cables and pneumatic tubes to
be installed.
3.3.4
Installation of Earth Rods and Earth Bar
Earth rods are to be supplied and installed near the gantry area. An earth bar is to be
supplied and fitted at the gantry.
3.4
Testing and Documentation
The completed installation is to be tested as detailed previously. Test records for the
complete installations are to be provided.
3.5
Site Visit before Tender Submission
A site visit is required to ensure that the work associated with this project is fully
understood. The site visit is to be organised by contacting D. Ransome at P & I Design Ltd.
