Contract Pricing Contents
4.1
Introduction
The Tenderer must complete the Schedules attached, completing the lists of categories of
unit rates for variations. The Tenderer must not re-type or make any other alterations to the
wording.
Engineer authorised variations in respect of the provision of the aforementioned services to
be paid in accordance with Section 4.3.4.
Payment under hourly/day rates for variations to Contract will only be made to the
Contractor for Personnel approved by the Purchaser and will only be made in respect of all
approved hours worked, or pro-rata to the nearest half hour, half day or whole day
respectively.
