WECOTECH AG is a technology

tube end forming machines for
automotive, chimney, truck,
motorbike, aviation, aerospace,
burning chambers, scaffolder,

Cutting: the IO S-shearing concept
revolutionises the usual idea of round
and shaped tube cutting. The shearing
process uses inner and outer tools
and is extremely fast, working without
the need for lubricant or emulsion and
giving a perfect cut without burrs. The
application is efficient for both for tube
rod cutting or trimming after
upstream processes.
IO-forming: with its reliable
IO-forming concept, the hardest
deformation tasks can be easily
performed. This is thanks to the
wide diameter range of inner
and outer tools and also by the
programmable rotation of the
inner tool to the outer tool.
Electra: the future – relating
to the environment – requires
working with ecologically friendly
technologies. The company
developed its first completely
electrical machine for tube end
expansion with this in mind.
Hose production: Spiralmatic-
Flex machines are designed
for the production of flexible
stripwound hoses – 2S and 3S type.

tubes up to 220mm diameter and derived opened or closed
profiles.
Automatic bundling line for round, square and rectangular
tubes or solid bars. Can package in square, rectangular
