System Calibration
A quadratic model was used to fit the data for calibration purposes. The relative residuals were
calculated and plotted against the analyte concentration. For glucose the quadratic line fits the data
well (Figure 1), and the predicted concentration is never more than 2.2% away from the actual
concentration (Figure 2).

For fructose, the quadratic line fits the data well (Figure 3), the predicted concentration is always
within 2% of the actual concentration except at the lowest concentration (20 µg/mL) where there
can be up to a 6 % difference (Figure 4).
