COOLERS

APRICOT BRANDY

COOLER

In large tumbler: two or three

pieces of Ice, a dash of Angos

tura Bitters, the juice of one-

half Lemon, a teaspoon of

Grenadine, one glass of Apri

cot Brandy; stir slightly while

adding Schweppes soda water

or syphon and serve.

BACARDI, BRANDY or RUM

COOLER the same as above

except use liquor chosen.

HAWAIIAN COOLER

In large tumbler: two pieces of

Ice In whole Orange rind, one

glass of Rye Whiskey, a split

of Schweppes soda water; stir

slightly and serve.

IRISH WHISKEY COOLER

In large tumbler:two pieces of

Ice In whole Lemon rind, one

glass of Irish Whiskey, a spilt

of Schweppes soda water; stir

slightly and serve.

REMSEN COOLER

In large tumbler:two pieces of

Ice In whole Lemon rind, one

glass of Old Tom Gin,a split of

Schweppes soda water; stir

slightly and serve.

SARATOGA COOLER

In large tumbler: three or

four pieces of Ice, the juice of

one Lime, one-half teaspoon

of Sugar,a split of Ginger Ale;

stir slightly and serve.

SCOTCH WHISKY

COOLER

In large tumbler: two pieces of

Ice In whole Lemon rind, one

glass of Scotch Whisky, a split

of Schweppes soda water; stir

slightly and serve.

ZENITH COOLER

In large tumbler: three orfour

pieces of Ice, a tablespoon of

Pineapple syrup, one glass of

Gin; stir slightly while adding

Schweppes soda water or

syphon, and serve with slice

of Pineapple.
