Eskate Rohrverbindungstechnik specialises in the production
of flange and clamping ring connections as well as special
bending parts.
In addition to bending technology and the manufacturing
of clamping ring connections, the company sees itself
as a system supplier for mechanical engineering, plant
and apparatus engineering, mechanical engineering of
construction, and a range of other industries.
The product range includes special bending parts out of
flat, profile, special and hollow steels, tubes and edged
sheets; flat flanges according to DIN 24154, series 3, 4,
5; flat flanges according to DIN 24154, series I, II (version
07/90); flanges according to factory standard or customer
specification; pressure flanges PN 6, PN10, PN16; pressure
flanges with reduced thickness; container and apparatus
flanges according to DIN 28031 or similar; and square and
rectangular flanges according to DIN 24193 or according to
customer specifications.
Other products include punching, burning and laser
parts; mechanical processing, including welding and
surface treatments (zinc plating, painting, powder, chrome
plating, radiation, etc); special clamping rings to customer
specifications; and sealing rings from silicone, NBR and
APTK.

Butt weld pipe

carbon steel seamless butt weld pipe fittings as per ASTM
A234 Gr WPB, ANSI B16.9, DIN 2605 and JIS B2311
standards.
The company’s alloy steel and stainless steel pipe fittings
include butt weld elbows, 45° and 90°, long and short
radius; butt weld straight tees and reducing tees; butt
weld concentric reducers and eccentric reducers; butt
