Rocky Mountain Cooler:

Hot Buttered Rum:

Sangaree:

1 egg

1 tsp. simple syrup

4 dashes Angostura bitters

juice of one lemon

6 oz. cider

Put ingredients into shalcer, add cracked ice

sufficient and shake thoroughly. Strain into

10 oz. glass. Dust with nutmeg, serve with

straws.

Shake and serve in 4 oz. wine glass.

oz. Jamaica rum

I lump sugar

1 small slice butter

4 cloves

Us e an old-fashioned glass or 'mug. Fill with

boiling water. Stir.

3 oz. port.or sherry wine

tsp. sugar

cracked ice

slice of lemon

Fill glass with water. Serve in Tom Collins

glass. Nutmeg on top. Stir.
