of ice. Fill with carbonic. Twist of lemon
peel.

S erve in goblet with fine ice, fruit, squirt of
seltzer.
use tall glass
2 cubes ice .·
juice of one small lemon
1 tsp. of sugar
2 oz. Holland gin
Fill with soda and stir.
2 oz. applejack
juice of half lemon
1 tsp. sugar
Shake, strain and serve in Delmonico glass.
Dress with fruit. Squirt of seltzer.
