Thomas'" omn Decanter Bitters.

MILK AND SELTZER.

(Bottle and serve in pony-glass.)

2 ounces of cinnamon.

Take $ pound of raisins.

1 ounce of snake-root.

1 lemon and 1 orange cut in slices.

1 ounce of cloves.

1 ounce of allspice.

Fill decanter with Santa Cruz rum.

As fast as the bitters is used fill up again with rum.

(Use small bar-glass.)

Take 1 wine-glass of Cognac

This drink is very popular in the Southern States,

where it is sometimes used as a cure for diarrho:a.

Milk and Se l t z e r .

(Use large soda-glass.)

Fill the glass half full of milk, and the remaining

half with Seltzer water.
