Gin
6 jiggers Lemon
1 jigger
Egg
all of one Cream
2 tablespoons
Sugar
2 tablespoons Seltzer
to fill
Beat egg, with sugar and cream, into a paste, and place in shaker. Stir
in gin, lemon and shake immediately, with ice. Strain into goblets, add
seltzer to fill and serve promptly.
WHISKY FIZZ
Whisky
15^ jiggers Sweet-Sour
^ jigger
Brandy
1 dash Seltzer
to fill
Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve im
mediately.
