Oil and gas forged and cast valves from Italy
Fumagalli SpA produces and sells
industrial valves for fluids for oil and
gas, power generation and industrial
plant in general. Its range of products
includes on-off gate, globe, check,
butterfly and ball cast and forged valves,
manual and electrical/pneumatically
actuated designed and manufactured in
accordance to ANSI standard.
Materials include common carbon
steels, low temperature carbon steels,
low alloy steels, martensitic stainless
steels, austenitic stainless steels, duplex
and super duplex, and nickel alloy.
Rating from 150 to 4,500lb, and with
temperature ranges from -196°C to
+1,200°C, applications include non-
corrosive fluids (water, steam, oil,
gases, hydrocarbons); corrosive fluids
(sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid,
hydrofluoric acid); subsea application;
and cryogenic service.
Fumagalli SpA is certified according
to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, European
Directive 97/23/EC (PED), European
Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX), and GOST-R
certificates, and is qualified by many
international end users and EPC
contractors.

Custom-made and hard to obtain valves
BSM Valves is a specialist in the design
and production of hard to obtain valves
in special materials such as duplex/
super duplex, titanium and nickel
alloys.
The company’s valves are custom-
made from forgings, bar material and
centrifugal castings. Advantages of
these production methods include
no cracks of porosity; homogeneous
materials; and increased strength and
wall thickness safety factor.
BSM Valves designs and manufactures
valves in its own engineering and
production facilities. By making parts
of the valve in-house, the company
has control over product quality and
lead times. The valves are intended for
a wide range of applications, such as
oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical,
energy and process industry.
