Eaton Corporation has introduced a new
patent-pending Splash Guard safety
accessory, which provides additional
protection from liquid splash conditions
in industrial environments. Engineered
to fit on the company’s Flowline™ and
Flowline II™ single bag filter vessels,
the safety accessory is made from
impact resistant, UV protective polymer
making it suitable for harsh industrial
environments.
“The Splash Guard product reflects
Eaton’s commitment to providing
products that help protect associates
in industrial settings against unforeseen
accidental events,” said Rick Jacobs,
president of Eaton’s filtration business.
Designed with operator safety in mind,
the Splash Guard is secured to the filter
housing vessel lid. This design helps
protect operators from unexpected
pressurised spray and discharge,
reduces operator exposure to potentially
hazardous material, and provides
additional eye and face protection.
Available from Eaton’s filtration
distribution network, the Splash Guard
will fit on new and existing Flowline
vessels. It is easy to install and does not
interfere with bag change outs.

Eaton launches new filtration safety accessory
Guangzhou Hongda Steel Tube Co,
Ltd, established in 1988, is a seamless

range of double socket collars.
Available in diameters from DN100 to
DN450 for both clean water (BS EN 545)
and dirty water (BS EN 598), the double
socket collars have been developed
in response to specific customer
requirements, and add further flexibility
to the company’s product range.
They are suitable for a range of
applications including confined space
work (where the use of full length pipes
is not possible), increasing deflection
on curved pipelines and change of
