good wire strainer, so no particles of

ice will pass into the cocktail glass.

Affinity Cocktail.

Use a large toddy glass with two or

three lumps of ice. Into this put

three drops Peychaud bitters

one-third measure whiskey

one-third French vermouth

one-third Italian vermouth;

after stirring and removing the ice

twist a piece of orange peel on top.

Serve in the same glass.

Aviation Cocktail.

(St. Francis Hotel style.)

Use a large mixing glass of cracked

ice. Into this put
