Whiskey Daisy.

Use small barglass.

Take three dashes gum syrup.

Two dashes orgeat syrup.

The juice of half a small lemon.

One wine-glass of Bourbon or rye whiskey.

Fill glass one-third full of shaved ice.

Stir with spoon, strain into a large cocktail g lass,

and fill up with seltzer or Apollinaris water.

Santa Cruz Rum Daisy.

Use small barglass.

Three or four dashes

gum

syrup.

Two dashes Maraschino.

Juice of one-half small lemon.

One wine-glass Santa Cruz rum

Fill glass one-third shaved ice.

Stir thorougyly, strain in cocktail glass a nd serve.

Brandy Fix.

Use large bar g lass.

Fill glass with fine ice.

Half tablespoonful sugar dissolved in half wine-

g lass seltzer water.

One-half pony glass pineapple syrup.

One wine-glass brandy.

Stir with a spoon. Dress with fruits. Serve with

a straw.
