Gin

Fizz.

Use large barglass.

One-half tablespoonful sugar.

Three or four dashes lemon juice.

One-half glass shaved ice.

One wine-glass Old Tom gin.

Stir well with a spoon ; strain into a fizz . glass.

Fill up with seltzer or vichy water and do not fail to

drink quickly.

Golden

Fizz.

Use large barglass.

One egg (yolk only).

Three-quarter tablespoonful sugar.

Two or three dashes lemon juice.

One wine-glass Old Tom gin or whiskey.

Three-quarters of the glass fine ice.

Use the shaker well ; strain into a fizz glass. Fill

up with seltzer or vichy ; then mix with spoon, and

serve to be drank at once.
