RESULTS OF DIALOGUE IN 2016

■■

The Dutch Works Council rendered a positive advice

on the fleet rationalization plan, the joint venture

with Kotug, the acquisition of VolkerWessels’

offshore-related activities and the cancellation of

the voluntary large-company regime. The Works

Council consented to the social plan as a result

of the fleet rationalization plan and the adaption

of the Boskalis pension scheme.
