Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass; fill
with fine ice. Decorate and serve with straws.

Shake well with ice, strain into highball glass, grate nut
meg over and serve.

Shake well with ice, strain into short highball glass and
serve.
WHITE STRAP
Molasses
2 spoons Lemon
2 spoons
White Wine ..1% jiggers
Stir well with ice in short highball glass and serve.
YVETTE VICTORIA
Creme Yvette (Violette) Absinthe
1 pony
% jigger
Place Yvette in chilled cocktail glass with few pieces
cracked ice. Shake absinthe until shaker is frosted, pour
over and serve with cut straws.
