Five Fruits Syrup 1 spoon

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and

serve.

CORNWELL

Gin

% jigger Seville Bitters.. jigger

Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add

half of ripe olive, twist lemon peel over and serve.

CORONATION

Brandy

% jigger Curacoa

2 dashes

Peach Bitters....2 dashes Mint

1 sprig

Bruise mint and shake all well with ice. Strain into chilled

cocktail glass, add mint leaf, twist lemon peel over and

serve.
