• From

any site

, but most common: breast, lung, colorectal cancer

Symptoms

: pain, nausea, vomiting, fever

Options:

surgery, ablations (chemo-, radiofrequency RFA,

radioembolization, SIRT: Y-90-SIRFLOX,

RT-SBRT:

1-3 lesions, < 6cm, 60 Gy in 5 fraction,

small lesion <3 cm - 2y control 100%, OS depends on histology fav vs

unfav.
