1. Improve number of providers with MOAs on file.
•Currently deploying the MedWeb application with our providers, requiring them to have an active MOA on file
before granting access.
2. Rollout of the VVF rebranding.
•The announcement of VVF rebranding was sent to all partners with follow-up notices during the first quarter.
The new website is up and available. Acceptance of the rebranded name has been extremely positive from
advocates.
3. Finalize initial decision on 100% of claims submitted within 180 days.
•The average days to decisions for the third quarter was 166 days.
4. Increase active collections by 5%.
•Unclaimed restitution from Courts is down for the third quarter compared to last year, other restitution has
decreased slightly for the third quarter. We have been invited to serve on a Workgroup for the Governor to
address restitution issues Statewide.
