food services are lower than for fast food establishments but higher than for sit down restaurants.

Specialty retail calculated at 3 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. Parking demand for these types of small retail uses

is lower than that for convenience retail, large destination retail or shopping centers with a supermarket or discount store anchor.
