First, go to your local registration office and request for a certificate of good conduct/
“polizeiliches Führungszeugnis”.
When requesting, please mention that you need the certificate of good conduct for the transfer
of your driver’s license. Your local registration office will forward the certificate to the
Führerscheinstelle (authority responsible for driving licenses)
in Siegburg when it is done.
