Wire & Cable ASIA – May/June 2007
With freely chosen winding direction,
the SV410D can spool automotive
wires coming from extrusion lines
at a speed of up to 1,500m/min with-
out any need for modifications onto
NPS400 spools with a traverse width of
100-400mm. It can, therefore, directly
manufacture the increasingly popular
and handy miniature bundle format,
thus complying with the requirements
of the Japanese automotive industry.
An optional automatic system sorts
out defective wire sections at constant
speed ensuring that only flawless
product is wound onto the spool.
