All projects must be approved by the IT Department CIO.

What should you expect?

Service availability: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday

1. Bring all changes, new projects, and initiatives to the Change Advisory

Board for approval.

2. Contact the Project Manager routinely to provide updates to your

current portfolio.

3. Do not implement solutions without following change management

processes and procedures.
