Mr. Daniel J. Browne, Solicitor, died on the i6th

January, 1959, at a Dublin hospital.

Mr. Browne served his apprenticeship with the

late Mr. Joseph Mangan, Tralee and Mr. John

O'Connell, Tralee, was admitted in Trinity Sittings,

1917 and practised at Tralee, Co. Kerry up to his

appointment as a Land Commissioner in 1933.
