make changes to their benefits plan within 30 days of the qualifying life event.
Also inform the Human Resources Department if you have completed any education
courses or have obtained a degree during your employment.
SOCIAL SECURITY PRIVACY
YFAI protects the confidentiality of Social Security numbers obtained in the ordinary
course of business from employees, vendors, contractors, customers or others. No
person shall knowingly obtain, store, transfer, use, disclose, or dispose of a Social
Security number that YFAI obtains or possesses except in accordance with state and
federal law and this Privacy Policy.

iCARE officially launched in April 2016 and is an initiative that encourages employees to
form volunteer teams to support projects in environmental stewardship, social service
and education efforts in their local communities. Employees can submit their team
applications online via the myYFAI employee portal starting April 1
st
of each year.
