Hualong is a manufacturer of high
precision seamless and cold drawn
welded stainless steel tubing.
The company can produce many high
precision tubes, such as ID mirror-
finished stainless steel tube with an
inside surface roughness of Ra 0.15
microns.
Its products are extensively used in air
cylinders, semiconductor BA tube/pipes,
the biochemical industry, sanitary, heat
exchangers, sensors, thermocouples,
thermo-sensors, automobile parts,
instrumentation tubing, medical
equipment, textile machines, the
pharmaceutical industry, chemical fibre
equipment and aviation.
The company can manufacture products
according to standards such as ASTM,
DIN, and JIS. Outside diameters range
from 1 to 112mm, in thicknesses from
0.1 to 12mm, and in grades 304, 304L,
316, 316L, 321, 310S and S31803.
Hualong covers a total area of 15,000m2
and has a wide variety of modern
precision equipment.
The company has introduced advanced
technologies and equipment such as
cold drawing machines, cold rolling
machines, bright annealing furnaces,
and a cleaning system for high clean
tube. In addition to being a tube producer,
the company is also a tube fabricating
specialist, and can assist in designing
