All media advisories must be sent to City Council 20 minutes before they are
released. Also, media advisories should be sent to Assistant City Manager Denise
Turner prior to being sent to Council and depending on the topic, the advisory
may need to be approved by Denise before it is made public.
Include the title of your media advisory in the subject line of your e-mail. The
subject line should look like this:
Media Advisory: Title of Your Advisory
