Code.
[2] Review procedures for Building Permits and Certificates of Compliance/Occupancy are established in the Building Code, but are shown
here because they are closely related to the development review procedures in this Ordinance.
[3] The Board of Adjustment’s decision is preliminary and is submitted to the N.C. Environmental Management Commission for a final
decision (see
7.2.5.C).
[4] A quasi-judicial public hearing and decision is required irrespective of whether one is required for the concurrently reviewed
application.
