Oyster Cocktail.
Take a jDortwine glass and add:
2 teaspoonfiri of Tomato Ketchup
2 cleaned oysters
Fill up with dry Sherry wine, add half a slice
of a lemon, serve with a teaspoon.
No. 56.
Ping Pong Cocktail.
Fill the bar glass halffull of broken ice and add;
2 dashes of Orange bitter
1/3 of Italian Vermouth
l/i of Dry Gin
1/3 of Malaga Wine.
Stir up and strain into a cocktail glass, add
a cherry, squeeze lemon peel on top.
No. 57. Pick-me-up Cocktail.
Fill the shaker half full of broken ice and add:
The Juice of half a lemon
3/6 of Brandy
2/6 of Jamaica Rum
1/6 of Grenadine syrup
5 dashes of Maraschino.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
No. 58.
Portwine Cocktail.
FiU alarge bar glass half full of broken ice and add:
2 dashes of Jamaica Rum
2 dashes of Angostura bitter
3/4 of a glass of Portwine
1/4 of a glass of Brandy.
Stir up and strain into a cocktail glass with
grated nutmeg on top.
