3. Qualifications
a. Description of service philosophy.
Our mission and vision is to help our clients prosper and grow by
providing them with a wide array of professional business and
individual services, products and solutions to help them optimize and
manage their human capital.

We promise to:
Respond to urgent requests immediately and to phone and email messages within 24 hours;
Always do what we say and finish what we start; and
Measure your satisfaction through monthly vendor performance calls, quarterly stewardship meetings,
periodic surveys, and our web-based Client Service Review survey, which measures individual client
satisfaction and benchmarks CBIZ against our competitors.
b. Conceptual program structure and pricing.
Our proposal is designed to show our Premier Scope of Services. We have the capability to provide our services to
Unity within a flexible fee arrangement.
Our policy on receiving fees or commissions is a collaborative process between our clients and CBIZ. Commission
and/or fees are disclosed and transparent to ensure appropriateness for our ongoing partnership.
