Polly joined CBIZ as a benefits consultant in 2009 and has held several positions in the company. In September of
2016, Polly was appointed President of the Kansas City CBIZ Employee Services Organization practice, a division of
CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. During her tenure with CBIZ, Polly helped create the national onsite clinic
consulting practice. With over 16 years of experience, her focus is on assisting employers with strategic health and
welfare plans that are focused on long term cost containment and health improvement.

Dave is responsible for overseeing the performance of the engagement team, executing the strategy set by the
employer and consulting team members, reviewing financial and utilization data, assisting in renewal and
contractual negotiations, compliance issues and assisting and monitoring day-to-day client service issues.

After experiencing and learning all aspects of servicing and administration for clients ranging in size from 2 – 5,000
employees, Melodie now holds the title of Director of Client Services where she serves as a mentor and leader to the
entire client services department for the local Kansas City office. Melodie is responsible for the overall retention and
growth of the current client customer base, and oversees the delivery and quality of services provided.
