With over 30 years in the industry, Jim has held this role for many of the more sophisticated not-for-profit sector CBIZ
clients. Jim will be actively involved throughout the engagement, leading the strategy and ensuring that all CBIZ
team members are working toward common goals in a manner that is in sync with Unity’s HR team and the overall
company culture. Strategic planning, cost containment, and effective communication for benefits programs have
been Jim’s focus with mid-size employers. Please see his biography in Exhibit B for further details about your lead
consultant.
