Ravni Technologies, France, is the
manufacturer of an extensive range of
regulated and motorized decoilers. These
decoilers are designed to feed automatic
steel tubes, copper tubes, and coated
tubes, into straightening and cutting lines
with a diameter range of 1-22mm.
The weight of the coils starts from
30kg up to 3 tons. There is availability
of single or double decoilers, with
horizontal or vertical axis. Double
decoilers allow a double capability of
decoiling as well as the change of coils
at masked time.
Available as motorized or non-motorized,
these uncoilers are coupled with a module
of regulation. This enables regulation of
the unwinding speed and compensation
for shock due to the rolling-up of the
product or drive exercised by the machine.
The decoilers are designed to reach 200m/
min.
The Ravni uncoilers are very strong
and designed to resist the difficult
conditions of industrial production. They
are adapted to the various processes of
load while guaranteeing total safety to
the operator.
