Continued to ensure that all relevant
applications and technologies met the
compliance requirements of the Pay-
ment Card Industry (PCI);
Piloted Electronic Signature’s, reducing
printed paper & delivery cost,;
Identified additional technology
solutions to address supply chain

Simplified, clarified and streamlined the
procurement process at the City of
Surrey;
Completed evaluation to ensure that all
controls and processes in place are ap-
propriately calculating and applying
taxes, levies and charges correctly;

Tempest—Tax & Utilities System;

ServiceNow;
Upgrading these solutions allows the
City to achieve reduced operational
costs, provides improved information
security, and takes advantage of best
practices, enabling City staff to deliver
improved service to the community.
