Drain some good sliced
pineapple. Dry on a towel, cut
into sizes that you can pop into
your mouth. Wrap a piece of
bacon around each piece, secure
with a toothpick. Place in an
oven until the bacon is crisp.
Serve sizzling hot.
Serve a bowl of tiny cheese–
let crackers with this.
