collaborative or PTM studies changed as a result of this softwaremodification when re-
processed with the new algorithm.
As can be seen, there is a small sigmoidal curve associated with the target fluorescent signal
for both of these cases, and this could be due to cross contamination since both of these
wells are adjacent to multiple positive wells.
