The calibration values based on the presented example calibration curve ( conc. Vs peak area) for

different vitamin K compounds are listed in the above Table 3. All of the analytes provided a good

linear response against their respective concentrations.

The calibration of vitamin K1 against ratio of peak area of vit K1 and internal std. is provided in Figure

5.
