The relationship between the Ratio of vitamin K1 peak area and internal std for respective vitamin K1

concentration was found to be linear , r2 = 0.9996.

Method Validation Results:

The Evaluation of Accuracy and Precision of the Method by Analysis of Reference Materials :

The method accuracy was evaluated by analysis of a Reference material, NIST SRM 1849a (a milk

based infant/adult nutritional formula) with a Certified value for vitamin K1 of 1.06 mcg/g + 0.17 .

The NIST SRM was analyzed on five different days. The Results are presented in Table 4.
